MyC is a secure, cloud-native Electronic Health Record (EHR) system built for Enterprise Health. We started with the hardest frontier scenarios: offshore oil rigs and remote mining sites. That earned us the trust of Fortune 500 companies in energy, mining, pharma, and manufacturing. Now we're scaling across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

Our buyers are Medical Directors, Chief People Officers, and Global HSE Directors at multinationals. Senior, technical, skeptical by default. They don't buy slideware. They buy solutions with evidence behind them.

Where We Are

Series A funded. Building toward Series B. Strong product-market fit with Fortune 500 clients. Sales cycles run 6 to 9 months. Win rates are high when we get in front of the right people. We've beaten the established players head-to-head on major deals.

The GTM Engine Behind You

MyC runs one of the sharpest lead-gen engines you'll see at this stage. Our marketing team has built a frontier AI system that combines best-of-breed tools, deep account research, and custom signal detection to produce laser-sharp leads inside our ICP. A dedicated team of marketers, content strategists, and a GTM Engineer maintain it daily.

By the time an account lands on your desk, someone has already identified the trigger, mapped the stakeholders, and surfaced the entry point. Your job is to close them.

Who We're Looking For

  • You've spent the last 8 to 12 years closing enterprise deals at high-ACV SaaS companies. Think Pigment, Dataiku, Contentsquare, Mirakl, Algolia, Doctolib, Alan, Veeva, Owkin, IQVIA, or similar. You've carried a €1M+ annual quota. You've closed €100K+ ACV deals with multinational buyers. You've navigated Procurement, Legal, IT Security, and the C-suite, and come out the other side with a signed contract.

  • You've sold with a structured methodology: SPICED, MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar. You can spot a weak qualification before it burns a quarter. We run SPICED at MyC, and you'll be expected to apply it rigorously. Bonus if you already know it. Either way, you're fluent in the underlying disciplines: pain, impact, decision criteria, economic buyer, champion.

  • You're a key senior partner, seasoned, and looking for a role where your ceiling isn't defined by someone else's territory carve-out. You want the logo you close next to show up in your story for the next decade.

  • This role will feel right if you're used to bringing your own playbook. If you've only operated inside mature sales orgs with heavy support structures around you, the transition may be harder than it looks on paper.

  • You work directly with Grégoire (CRO) and the co-founders on every major cycle. You own deals end-to-end: no handoffs, no layers between you and the decision. Because you're senior, your discovery style, your negotiation approach, and your qualification discipline shape how MyC closes at scale.

  • Fortune 500 logos land on your CV. The BSPCE grant compounds as we move toward Series B. And the founders know who brought the deal in.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales, 70%

You own your deals from first qualified meeting to signed contract. No one else closes for you.

  • Manage complete enterprise sales cycles with Fortune 500 and multinational clients across your territory.

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder cycles spanning Medical Directors, Chief People Officers, Global HSE Directors, plus Procurement, IT Security, and the executive committee.

  • Build account strategies with detailed stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, and a clear closing roadmap.

  • Lead commercial negotiations and partner with leadership on contract design.


Territory Development & Pipeline Contribution, 20%

The AI-powered marketing engine feeds you high-quality pipeline. The best AEs never rely on inbound alone.

  • Partner with the marketing team and GTM Engineer on targeting, messaging, and account prioritization. Your frontline feedback sharpens the engine.

  • Drive outbound effort through events, LinkedIn, referrals, and your professional network.

  • Build account plans for priority prospects in your territory.

  • Represent MyC at key industry events across energy, mining, pharma, and manufacturing.

Sales Process & Team Contribution, 10%

You're senior. You bring experience, not just execution.

  • Help sharpen our SPICED methodology as we scale.

  • Contribute to deal clinics, pipeline reviews, and win/loss analyses.

  • Mentor the next wave of AEs as the team grows.

  • Build enablement assets (battle cards, objection-handling guides, discovery frameworks) from your real deal work.

Compensation & Package

  • OTE: €160K. Base and variable split is fixed and non-negotiable.

  • Uncapped commission with meaningful accelerators above quota.

  • BSPCE grant reflecting the stage and the impact you'll have.
